Savox communications acquired Silenta
Savox Communications has acquired Silenta Group’s entire share capital. Silenta, a company specialized in hearing protection, became a part of Savox Group on 17 December 2018, retaining its successful Silenta brand. Silenta will continue its operations in Jyväskylä.Along with the acquisition, Savox strengthens its hearing protection expertise, whereas Silenta expands its hearing protection portfolio through Savox's communication know-how.
